The hotel is located just 20 km from Cancun's international airport, which is around 20 minutes by car. Links to the public transport network are located directly in front of the hotel. Within 3 km, guests will reach the sea and the pretty beach. Shopping facilities, restaurants, bars, pubs, as well as an attractive park and links to the public transport network are in the hotels immediate vicinity. The nearest nightclub is 10 km away.

Renovated in 2004, this simple hotel is spread over 5 floors and comprises 80 rooms of which 25 are suites. The building is fully air-conditioned and offers an inviting stay. Guests are welcomed in the foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange counter, a cloakroom and a lift. There is also a cafe, a hairdresser, a small supermarket, shops, a bar, a nightclub and an air-conditioned restaurant within the hotel. Guests arriving by car may use car parking and garage facilities. Room, laundry and medical services are also included in the facilities on offer. Bicycle storage facilities are also on hand. In addition to this, a terrace and a garden are on offer.
