"Loved Hyatt Caribe" This was our first trip to Cancun and it was fabulous! The hotel staff was very friendly and the concierge most helpful. The hotel grounds were spotless, rooms were beautiful and we had alot of fun with the room staff just awaiting a new "towel art " each day. Would go back in a heartbeat!

"Loved the Hyatt Cancun Caribe" We stayed at the Hyatt Cancun Caribe from Feb.17-24.2007 and had a wonderful time. We rented two rooms on the 5th floor, ocean front. The view was great and the rooms were emaculate. We enjoyed the morning buffet and especially loved the omelets. The food at the pool was also delicious. I enjoyed the shrimp fajhitas. Drinks and service were also great. I really don't understand the bad reviews that this hotel was getting. I would go back in a heartbeat. The beach was great and there are lots of lounges both at the beach and the pool. The disco was unexceptable one night because it was so loud. That only happened one night during the week. Maybe I got used to it or they are turning down the sound system. Staff was very friendly and personal.

"Wonderful Hotel! Loved our Stay!" This was probably one of the nicest hotels we've stayed out outside of the US. Wonderful view and best shower ever! :) Fell asleep to the sound of the surf and a breeze every night. What was really nice was that this property is not too big so that the pools were never overly crowded, you always got into the restaurants right away and the beach was amazing and never had to wait for lounge chairs. It was also centrally located and a short cab ride anywhere. If you have any questions about fun place to go or see, skip the concierge and ask the staff at the bell stand. Those guys were AWESOME and we made sure to tip them well. Food in restaurants a bit pricey but what do you expect, this is not an all inclusive resort and on par with stateside Hyatt restaurants. Housekeeping staff wonderful. Only complaint would be about booking tours etc and that's not the Hyatt but Expedia Tours. Took forever to actually get going on a tour as they do pickups at every hotel along the strip. If you are the first to be picked up, it could be an hour before your actually on the road. In fairness though, we normally take cruises and those run like clockwork so have been spoiled. Overall, would definately recommend this hotel to anyone and hated to end our stay there.
