This hotel is located in the leisure centre of Cancun directly beside the long, fine sand beach that lines the Caribbean Ocean. The lively tourist centre with its many shopping venues, restaurants and bars are to be found just a few minutes drive away. Cancun international airport is 16 km from the hotel.

This luxury hotel was completely renovated in 2003 and comprises 452 rooms spread over 6 floors of which 38 are suites. The sprawling grounds cover a surface area of 11,000 m2 and offer many facilities including a spacious foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility and a lift. In addition, there is a souvenir shop, a car hire service counter, a jeweller's shop, a hairdresser's salon, a conference room, a TV room and a lounge. Three bars await guests including a lobby bar and a sports bar in which 24 TVs inform guests of sporting events taking place throughout the world. Three air-conditioned a la carte restaurants invite guests to sample some top cuisine, with Argentinean specialities offered in one, Japanese delicacies available including sushi available in another and Thai food in the third. Guests may enjoy views out over their sea when tucking into a heart lunch in the club restaurant. There is public Internet access as well as room and laundry services to make use of as well as a car park and garage facilities.
