ready to go again Just got back from omni cancun with my family of 8 with 4 boys and 2 girls 10-17 years old . We booked our travel though Cigna Travel. I let everyone know that the trip was great! I say that because everything about the trip was on point. Flights were on time, weather was perfect and kids didn’t kill each other. Now on the other hand the hotel was really nice, the service was good. once you figure out the food and what you like to eat, it becomes better. Pools and hot tubs are clean. if you do all inclusive ( which I recommend )the 2 hour speel is worth it. be sure to take lots of dollar bills for tipping. The staff is great. go see outside the compound on bus, one every minute and will drop you close to where you need to go!! its only 65 cents us money ,don't catch a cab it ,experience the whole everything. I read a lot of these reviews before we left and my advise is don't read any of the negative reviews only the good one's because in the end YOU make your vacation is not them .PS any tour you do will be wonderful but make sure you do something!!!! and have a great time Thank You Cigna Travel

"Loved The Omni!" The Omni Cancun is a beautiful, well-kept hotel. We stayed in a gorgeous villa--three bedrooms, three and one half baths. Spotless, classy, perfect. The staff could not have been any better--friendly, helpful, we loved them and can't wait to go back next year. There are 4 beautiful pools, a great swim-up bar, even a DJ by the pool that plays great music and trivia games. I totally recommend this hotel for families, singles, anyone looking for a perfect vacation.

"great time" Had a wonderful time at the Omni. The staff was very attentive. We did not get bugged at all by the time share people. The weather was great Sat and Sun, windy and cool on Mon. The best part of the Omni is the adult Jazzuzi bar on the beach. It fits about 40 people comfortably and the views of the ocean were marvelous! The food is ok, but I recommend doing all inclusive because our bill would have eneded up alot of money if we hadn't done it that way. We are 39 and 34 yrs old and our main goal was to relax in the sun with cocktail in hand and the Omni definitly delievered!!!

"Consistently exceptional" My sister and I first discovered the Omni before Wilma. Had an excellent vacation experience; truly above par. My husband and I returned after Wilma this visit, and, although the beach size had been comprised, the Omni delivered in every other way. In fact, I am returning this May with my sister, the Omni being her choice of destination to celebrate a shall-we-say significant birthday, and am very much looking forward to the high caliber vacation I can count on the Omni to provide.
