This hotel is situated at the heart of the hotel zone, with a view of the Caribbean and the white sandy beaches. Isla Mujeres and the centre are around 40 minutes away by car, Playa del Carmen and Xcaret are around an hour away, Xel-ha and Tulum tourist centre are roughly 1.5 hours from the hotel. Guests will find Cancun international airport around 15 km away.

This family friendly, air-conditioned club resort features a garden and offers a total of 400 rooms. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception desk as well as a cloakroom and a lift. The 5 royal complexes in Cancun feature a total of 10 restaurants and 5 bars with the best Mexican, Italian and Caribbean food, including seafood and speciality buffets with shows and entertainment for a new restaurant experience every day. Whether laid-back or elegant, the food and the service reflect the tradition of excellence. Furthermore, this city hotel offers guests a hairdresser, conference facilities, Internet access, bicycle rental and a car park. A laundry service and room service also feature.
